Three to six months of coaching is recommended to make lasting changes.
Weekly sessions are recommended for the first month of coaching to build momentum,
then moving to bi-weekly sessions for stability and continued growth.
Your program will be tailored to your needs and you can stop the program at any time.

Ongoing Coaching - 50 min sessions |
4 Sessions per month - $100 a session/$400 per mo |
2 Sessions per month - $100 a session/$200 per mo |
Includes email coaching between sessions |

Sliding scale pricing may be available, especially for young adults. Free coaching is offered to monastics. Please contact me for details and to see if you qualify.
Ongoing coaching will be pre-billed on a monthly basis.
Packaged sessions must be used within a six month period unless otherwise stated.
Payment can be made online via an invoice from PayPal.
Cancellation policy:
Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hour notice will be forfeited.
